Acro Dance is a physical art form that incorporates the fluid movements of dance with the exciting explosive tricks from acrobatics.
It is “gymnastics for dancers”, where students develop specific strength, flexibility and techniques, to learn how to execute acrobatic tricks, to then be used in ACRO dance choreography.

The training students receive in their acro dance classes helps to reinforce the technique in all other dance genres.
Adding ACRO dance IS the next-level training that will develop a specific skill set, and creates well-rounded and versatile dancers."

Intermediate ACRO (90 mins)
Mondays 5:30 -7:00 . Ages 11 to 18

Intermediate acro dancers must meet skill set requirements. Please scroll down and read below.
​JR ACRO. Mondays, 4:30 to 5:30. Ages 8-11 .

PRE-JR ACRO. Mondays, 3:30 to 4:30. Ages 5-7

Passed the Junior Level or Testing to go into the Intermediate Level
Skills required to know before joining the intermediate class (unassisted skills):
Acro 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th positions
