FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Ready to get bendy?!
This class is designed for everyone who wants to enhance their own flexibility, mobility, strength and to help educate you with the tools taught in class so you can take the training with you for life to help keep your body limber and mobile.
This class is for the beginner and the advanced. We will all train together within our own limits.

This is something we all need for our bodies, and your body will thank you for it by feeling so good!

Prerequisites: Students must be able to get down to the floor and back up without assistance of any kind.
Everyone is to listen to their own bodies and stay within your own rage of motion and abilities.
Blocks, straps and massage rollers are supplied in class but feel free to bring your own.
Please bring water,
Your own yoga mat, ( we have mat's in class to borrow )
wear clothing you can easily move in,
No shoes, wear socks,
